Maintenance Tips
Rinse with clean water after use to avoid clogs from soap residue.
Let air dry with the cap off before reassembling for storage and store in a cool, dry place.
Handle the plastic bottle carefully to prevent breakage, as clear bottles are known to be more brittle than opaque HDPE types.
Note on Dilution Ratios
I always test my foam cannons' output to dial in the perfect soap to water mix for my vehicles wash routine.
I aim for a 2.0% panel impact ratio (PIR) on touchless washes and drop it to 0.5% for standard pH-neutral ones.
PIR represents the actual soap concentration hitting the vehicle surface after the cannon dilutes it.
To determine a cannon’s native dilution rate, I fill it with 1,000ml of water, spray into a bucket, and measure the total output.
This gives a baseline for how much soap you need for your desired PIR.

This lets you input your intended cannon load volume and desired PIR and automatically calculates the proper soap and water amounts.
Keep in mind that a cannon’s native dilution can vary depending on incoming water pressure, electrical amperage, and your
own pressure washer’s specifications, so testing them yourself is key to achieving consistent results.
Review
The Slick Products Premium Foam Cannon
represents the higher end option within the Slick Products lineup and performed very well during testing.
When paired with the Super Concentrated Off Road Wash it produced noticeably dense foam coverage and consistent spray patterns across the
entire vehicle. The cannon is visually appealing with its white and black design and clear bottle which allows easy monitoring of solution
levels during use.
There are however a few areas where minor improvements could further elevate the product at this price point.
The included draw tube is somewhat stiff and replacing it with a more flexible silicone tube allows the pickup to follow the solution
level more effectively. In addition, a stainless steel weighted and filtered pickup ball would be a welcome inclusion in a premium level cannon.
After installing these upgrades the unit performed flawlessly and produced strong foam output throughout the wash process.

Review
The Slick Products Original Foam Cannon performed very well in testing and proved to be a practical option for several types of
wash solutions. In this evaluation it was used with both the Super Concentrated Touchless Pre Soak and the Hybrid Ceramic Wash and Wax.
For these types of products the goal is not necessarily to produce the thickest possible foam, but rather to apply an even layer of product
that can dwell and begin breaking down contamination before rinsing.
In practice the Original Foam Cannon delivered exactly that. Foam levels were sufficient to coat the vehicle while remaining fluid enough
to draw downward and carry loosened dirt off the panels. This behavior worked particularly well with the touchless pre soak,
allowing the chemical to remain active on the surface while gravity helped remove contamination.
Considering its lower price compared to the Premium model, the Original Foam Cannon represents a sensible and cost effective choice for
products where absolute maximum foam density is not required.

Review
The Super Concentrated Touchless Pre Soak was one of the most impressive products in the lineup. During testing it was applied to
my vehicle that had not been washed for nearly three months during a harsh New York winter. The vehicle had accumulated road salt, grime, and
debris from several long distance road trips and multiple winter storms.
After application and proper dwell time, the pre soak demonstrated excellent cleaning ability. When pressure rinsed using the bottom to top
technique, the vehicle was approximately 90-95% clean before any contact washing occurred. It handled water spots on glass without needing
extra efforts. One thing I look out for with high pH touchless products is streaking of the painted surfaces or etching of any plastic trim.
None of either was noted.
For enthusiasts looking to reduce the amount of physical contact during washing and minimize the potential for marring,
this product proved to be highly effective.

Review
The Super Concentrated Off Road Wash served as the primary contact wash product during testing and performed exactly as I had hoped.
I used 2oz in the premium foam cannon and added 1oz in the wash bucket for the contact wash. The thick suds provided great dwell time, lifting
remaining dirt, after the touchless wash, without much agitation, and rinsed clean to reveal a glossy, protected surface thanks to the
ceramic polymers.
This product provided a noticeably slick surface during the wash process. This lubrication is critical for safely removing the remaining
contamination that the pre wash stage does not eliminate.
This wash excelled in my test usage on a post road trip heavily soiled vehicle, similar to a UTV after a weekend in the dirt.
While the product is marketed primarily toward powersports and off road vehicles, it translated very well to automotive use.
It finished removing any light film that remained after the touchless pre soak and left the paint feeling clean without any noticeable residue.
For regular maintenance washing this product offers a strong balance between cleaning power and wash safety.

Review
The Hybrid Ceramic Wash and Wax offers a convenient maintenance option that combines cleaning and light protection in a single step.
In testing it produced more foam than expected for a wash and wax style product when used through the Original Foam Cannon.
Many products in this category tend to foam lightly, so the increased foam output was a pleasant surprise.
After rinsing the product left behind visible water beading and after drying a slightly enhanced surface appearance.
The protection level is not intended to replace a dedicated sealant or wax, but it does provide a simple way to refresh water behavior
and maintain an existing protective layer between more thorough detailing sessions and great for mid-winter protection.
Overall, the Slick Products detailing lineup performed very well during this evaluation. Although the company is widely known for products
aimed at powersports, ATVs, and motorcycles, the formulas and tools translated effectively into automotive use.
The system of combining a strong touchless pre soak with a lubricating contact wash proved particularly effective for maintaining a clean
and well protected vehicle.
Both foam cannons functioned reliably and produced good foam characteristics for their intended uses.
The Original Foam Cannon offers a cost effective solution for products where the highest levels of foam are not necessary,
while the Premium Foam Cannon provides a more refined option capable of generating thicker foam when paired with traditional wash soaps.
With minor upgrades such as a flexible silicone draw tube and weighted pickup ball, the Premium model becomes an even more capable tool.
The standout product in the lineup was the Super Concentrated Touchless Pre Soak, which delivered excellent cleaning performance even under
harsh winter conditions. Combined with the Off Road Wash and Hybrid Ceramic Wash and Wax, the Slick Products system offers a practical
and effective approach to vehicle maintenance washing.
Based on the performance observed during testing, the Slick Products lineup can be confidently recommended for enthusiasts looking for
